Shipping Restrictions & Information for delivery outside of Canada: Eventide Botanic Alchemy ships from Vancouver, Canada. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

If the package is seized by customs for any reason and Eventide Botanic Alchemy does not receive the unopened product back, Eventide Botanic Alchemy will not issue you a refund. If Eventide Botanic Alchemy does receive the unopened product back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping and surcharges plus a 10% restocking fee. You hereby authorize us to post such charge to your credit card.

You are responsible for any additional duties or taxes that may apply to your purchase. Eventide Botanic Alchemy does not collect any additional duties or taxes from you and does not know how much they will cost you. Check with the customs office in your country. Eventide Botanic Alchemy reports the exact amount of the sale on the customs form. Eventide Botanic Alchemy will not claim less than the actual purchase amount. If Eventide Botanic Alchemy is charged for YOUR taxes and duties on the shipment, you hereby authorize Eventide Botanic Alchemy to post the charge to your credit card.

For a description of the package contents on the customs form, Eventide Botanic Alchemy claims “for personal use only”. Eventide Botanic Alchemy will not claim a “gift” or other incorrect description.

Eventide Botanic Alchemy reserves the right to decline an order for any reason.

General

'Eventide Botanic Alchemy' refers to any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, owners and suppliers.

This agreement is binding upon, and will endure to the benefit of, Eventide Botanic Alchemy and your respective successors, assigns, heirs or trustees.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. You hereby agree that no claim, proceeding or other action may be brought or commenced by you regarding any matter related to this agreement, including, without limitation, the products, except in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia.

If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of this agreement shall not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

You hereby agree that this agreement contains the entire agreement between Eventide Botanic Alchemy and you. This agreement cannot be modified except in writing signed by both Eventide Botanic Alchemy and you. By using the site, you agree to be bound by all of the provisions, disclosures and disclaimers in this agreement.
